Interesting millerite specimen from coal tip near Barry Wales. The specimen was collected by me on a trip to Barry. The millerite is about 0.6 cm long. I originally thought the matrix in the vug was calcite, but it looks cubic to me under magnification... oh, a coal tip is what they called a dump from the old coal mines.
